Who's the daddy?...

...Big Daddy's Restaurant of course.

We'll be here at 6:00pm on Thursday 28th October so it would be lovely if you could join us for a very relaxed bite to eat before the big day.

The very kitsch burger joint is near Gramercy Park so it's in a great location for the end of a day's sightseeing. It's only a few blocks away from the Empire State Building and Union Square, also don't miss the Flatiron Building, the first skyscraper built in Manhattan!

The nearest metro station is Union Square, 14th Street (N,Q and R lines go up to 57th St-7th Ave, a few blocks from the Hudson)

This is the address and click for the website
Big Daddy's Restaurant, 239 Park Avenue South, (19th and 20th street)

It will be a casual meal so order what you like and pay what you like - couldn't be easier!

See y'all there dudes!

6 weeks to go!...

...to help us out with our diary would you all be able to let us know when you will be arriving and leaving New York? We will try and fit you in for lunch, drinks etc...

AWESOME DUDE!!

Bored at home...

Been at home today while mum and dad work...done all the chores and decided to get the Lego out, thought I'd build something to go with Mum and Dad's NYC wedding and came up with this...posting this from my cot...

I found a great deal running at the moment at the Hudson Hotel where we're all staying. I'm letting you know as mummy and daddy are busy at work.

It gives you 25% off two or more nights stay and 2 complimentary drinks in the bar - If you book it now you don't pay until you check out. If you want to book by phone (800 606 6090 24hr phone line) the promotion code for this offer is SPM025.

Also, Virgin, British Airways and American Airways have a sale on at the moment.

Right back to building Lego and drinking milk...its a tough life!

We've set the date!!

We will be getting married on Friday 29th October 2010. Andrew, Oliver and I are flying on Tuesday 26th October and will return on Monday 1st November. We need to be there for 48 hours before to sort out official stuff but obviously you can all arrive and leave whenever you can. We will be doing weddingy things from the Thursday night to the Saturday lunchtime so if you could be there between those times that would be great!

Welcome to our Wedding Blog!...

...Thank you for being willing to join us at our wedding in NYC. We know that by deciding to have an unusual wedding destination we're asking a awful lot of you, it really is appreciated. However it will only really be a special day for us if our close friends and family can share it with us (no pressure!). We've decided to set up this site so we can post details about our wedding for you all to see. We will keep you updated with our plans from now to the big day so it will hopefully take some stress out of your planning. We have included some useful information down the side of the page including details of where we are staying, where we'll have the ceremony (hopefully) and some links to websites which you might find interesting (or will just enjoy!). We'll also post any special deals for flights or hotels that we come across so you can get the most bang for your buck!

We will be adding to this throughout the year to provide as many updates and details as we can so keep an eye out! Please don't forget to follow this site by clicking 'follow' in the top left hand corner of the page.
